Viewpoint Creative to Brand Monday Nights for Discovery

Discovery Channel has hired Viewpoint Creative to brand their Monday night primetime. Programming includes the blockbuster series, American Chopper, Monster Garage, and Monster House. Filming, editorial and design are underway in Los Angeles, New York and Boston.

Boston, MA; Los Angeles, CA September 12, 2004 -- Discovery Channel has hired Viewpoint Creative to brand their Monday night primetime. Programming includes the blockbuster series, American Chopper, Monster Garage, and Monster House. Filming, editorial and design are underway in Los Angeles, New York and Boston.

Said Viewpoint Executive Producer, David Shilale, this is one of a number of exciting projects weve done with Discovery in the past year. Its been a great relationship.

Most recently, Viewpoint Creative worked closely with the Discovery creative team to develop the promotional campaign for the special, Columbus: Secrets from the Grave. It exceeded ratings projections, delivering an over-all primetime rating of 2.3 HH AA% with P25-54 ratings 132% over the previous 12 week timeslot average. In addition to helping shape creative, Viewpoint shot and edited the spots, and developed 3D visual effects and title animation for the campaign.
